Helluva weekend guys n dolls! Recruitment didn't stop all flippn weekend! U definitely are the movers and shakers I am becoming to know and lo....., respect.
This week I want us to keep fueling that fire that is DHG! U all have the power to make or break yur squads, so why not put that passion to great use?
I challenge each of u to bring one, JUST ONE, brand new recruit into a party and have yurselves a meetn on what they expect to get out of yur squads activities. U will be surprised to find a lot of yur future officers in this manner!
Duty calls, and when it does I want u all to emit a primal scream and pump yur troops, grab em when they fall, and shove em towards the field of battle! Fight on fight hard fight with honor!

A new day has dawned DHG. Coupla things for u to chew on today! Don't forget DOM tryouts are tonite at 9pm est. So if u have sent yur msg and friend request, u will be getting an invite at 850 pm.est. and second thing iis I have been slotted to oversee two more divs until GOT DEADLY7 returns. GROUND ZERO and NO FEAR. Let's see if we all can work together well and hold it together like a family should, til his return!
You rockstars are hoppn n poppn and it motivates me to the Nth degree, when I see all the motivation being spread around yur troops. Keep it up. And remember....

Wow! Just checked my CO tag guys. Not even 2 pm cst yet and the inbox is almost full! I'm talkn in the high 80s full that tells me u officers are knockn down doors, blowin up barricades, and diggn thru trenches to get the word out! OUTSTANDING ! Remember, pump yur squaads, help em out ask em what u can do for them! U control what kind of environment these kids have, u set the stage, u fix the problems! Not me ! And u guys are doing it all! Great job

Alright let's all thank BADGER for not only 2-3months ago building up 2 divisions but now he is looking over 5 divisions now he has done a lot for DHG I know that everyone appreciates the great work that he does for all of DHG so let's show out appreciation by doing our jobs the way thy need to be done and better! Also let's get everyone to get ur officers and ur squads to add him as a friend so far he only has gotten 11 today out of 2200 members in the squads he looks over and lets get those friend requests sent out let them know how things are and shoul be run this is not just a game it's a reality and with that said lets FEED THE FLIPPEN BEAST!!!!

Not only do we need to focus on buildn motivation, let's remember a key emotion that will push yur guys over the top! If u hold meetings and practices, yur tone sets the course both will take. I recommend u keep a level of passion that infects the rest of yur units. INFECT em like some sort of rabid virus that puts em in a motivated frenzy about all things DHG! If u arePASSIONATE in yur communicating they will feed off that and work harder.
Nothing, NOTHING, Is more beneficial than a leader who demonstrates every single aspect and quality that is set forth in our CODE OF CONDUCT! Now...GET OUT THERE AND FEED THE FLIPPN BEAST GANG!!

Ok guys n gals, this week I want u all to focus on MOTIVATION!
Its real easy to get so focused on building squads, running practices, and building yur officer core, that u lose sight of one of the most important aspects of yur teams. MOTIVATING takes just a few extra seconds of thot, and can be as simple as a well placed HOOAH or I'M SO FLIPPN PUMPED!, sent out to yur people.
U folks are doing a bang up job all over DHG and I'm proud and honored to be carrying a lot of responsibility for helpn us grow .
Now, FEED THE FLIPPN BEAST AND DRIVE ON DHG!!
