If you have room, you can make a separate News Module and in the Settings & Authors -> Post Management, set it so only Admins (there is no actual "Admins Only" choice, so I just made a tag that only I have and put that in there) can post and Admin all posts. My understanding is that the tag image is set to "re size automatically" I think there may be a maximum width, but I do not think there is a maximum height. That is why it is a good idea to re-size it to the dimensions you want before uploading. ==^,.,^==

Are you entering it under the HTML Source tab? Do not put it in the Visual Editor tab - that will not work.

The "XXXXXXX" name is easily fixed. You must be the server admin for Ventrilo. Right-click in the Ventrilo box then go down to Server Admin. From there, click on Server Properties. On the right side of the popup box, under Remote statusing returns, check the box marked "User names". That should fix the names as "XXXXXX". Personally, we have all of the checkboxes marked under the Remote statusing returns and everything has worked fine.
