Hi,
Depending on the date of purchase you can transfer your days that you have donated to another website. Write to www.enjin.com/support/form for more information. Please note that there are no refunds for unused days.
You should be able to delete it via this link http://www.enjin.com/profile/1535764/settings or if you want to reactivate it your site on a free plan write to www.enjin.com/support/form and let us know.
Thank you
when your days run out the site just goes inactive, you'll just need to re-activate it within 3 months or the content will be deleted at that time. Please note that if you want to re-activate it on another plan you'll need to contact www.enjin.com/support/form directly.
Thank you,
Hi,
If it has been working before and suddenly stopped working, it could be an issue with Paypal's notification system which sometimes temporarily glitches. Unfortunately we can't manually add the log in, so you will need to attribute the user manually either in the donation bbcode area, or in a separate module. I also recommend periodically coping and saving the record from the module itself (copy paste) into a html module or forum thread to keep track.

The support system is only via email, so if you have received a reply via support, just reply to it and it will be auto ticketed in our support system.
We're looking into the moving threads issue as we've received quite a few reports. Thank you for your patience
Would 15 pixel increments be enough?
^^ yes! Just be sure to click on the PREPAY button and the days will carry over. If you do have issues with them not carrying over just write to www.enjin.com/support/form with your latest transaction ID (DO NOT POST THIS HERE) and we can add any missing days in ratio.
